Development Consents

Council issues development consents in accordance with s4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and clause 124 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.

Current development consents are also available for public inspection, free of charge, at Edward River Council’s Customer Service Centre, during business hours.
