About the Role:
As a Trainee Plant Operator, you will receive hands-on training to operate various types of plant machinery used in the construction and maintenance of roads. Under the guidance of experienced operators, you will gain invaluable knowledge of the equipment and techniques necessary to contribute to high-quality construction projects that serve our community.
Key Objectives of the Traineeship:
- Develop proficiency in operating various plant and machinery used in road construction and maintenance.
- Learn to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining construction sites and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results for the community.
- Complete required training modules and assessments to track your progress and skills development.
