For more complex applications, a pre-lodgement meeting is recommended to discuss your proposed development, any complex matters or environmental factors, and ensure the development process starts off on the right foot. If you would like to arrange a pre-lodgement meeting with our Planning and Building Team, please contact Council via email or by calling 03 5898 3000.
It is requested you provide our staff with at minimum, a draft Concept Plan and a details of the property, location and development, prior to the meeting. This will ensure that everyone gets the most out of the meeting.
