Project Details

Edward River Village is an independent senior living project consisting of 32 home retirement homes in a village setting.

The project is currently under construction and will support local residents wishing to retire close to family and friends within walking distance of Deniliquin's amenities and services. Stage 1 is under construction with the first six homes available from October 2023.

Civil Construction Works - COMPLETED

Home Construction - IN PROGRESS

The first of six homes for stage 1 of the village has commenced. Each home will take about six months to complete.

The asphalt road in the Village has been completed, and the first dwelling has been framed and roofed. The second dwelling slab is planned to be poured in the week commencing 3-7-23 (weather permitting).
