The reconstruction of Dick Street between Henry and Harfleur Streets will include replacement of the road and the kerb and gutter. This work is anticipated to take around five weeks plus allowances for any weather-related delays.
The contractor will give notice to residents in the area that will be affected due to the works, they will also endeavor to minimise disruption.
Works are on track with the drains, water, kerb and driveways complete. The road pavement is being removed and new pavement starting to be laid from 3-7-23. Sealing is anticipated to commence approximately two weeks after that.
