Operational Plan
3 Year Delivery Program
Council’s Delivery Program, contained within the Community Strategic Plan, outlines how Council will contribute to achieving the vision set out in the Community Strategic Plan. It turns the strategic objectives into actions. All plans, projects, activities and funding allocations made by Council must be directly linked to the Delivery Program.
Annual Operational Plan
Supporting the 3 year Delivery Program is an annual Operational Plan.
Adopted by Council each year alongside its annual Budget, the Operational Plan identifies the plans, projects and activities that will be carried out over the financial year to achieve the commitments made in the Delivery Program.
Operational Plan 2024-25
This year’s Operational Plan and Budget was adopted by Council on 18 June 2024.

Progress Reports
Council produces a progress report to detail our progress in implementing the combined Delivery Program and Operational Plan every 6 months. This report is tabled at the Council meeting.
