Following each local government election, the incoming elected Council develops a Delivery Program to describe its commitments for that Council term.
The Delivery Program identifies the principal activities Council will undertake to perform its functions, and demonstrates how these activities will contribute to the achievement of community goals identified in the Community Strategic Plan.
